Five Months Old

I turned five months old this Tuesday and am loving it! I'm using my voice all the time and love standing on my feet. I had loads of fun with grandma and grandpa Crowley this past weekend. Grandma even fed me and I enjoyed watching her clap and make funny faces while Grandpa held me. I'm recovering from a little cold and like to complain about my stuffed nose but other than that I'm alot of fun these days. Mom and dad seem sort of unnecessarily excited about this, I don't get it...I'm just being me.

My first live soccer (football) match

This weekend was the New Brunswick, NJ "World Cup" in the park near our house, complete with spanish-only commentators and police on hand to help with parking. The game ended at 1-1 and so went to penalty kicks. Very high stakes and lots of drama among the fans. It was insane and soo much fun. Callum loved it and is now dedicated to the sport, so Papa is thrilled.

This is Callum's favorite book. It amazes us but he usually sits still and looks at the pictures while we read it to him!

Trying out some grown-up food

A little bit of oatmeal was Callum's first try at food outside of breast milk. He's had lots of interest in Mama and Papa when they are eating and was moderately interested in the food we offered him. He thought it was lots of fun, however, playing with them as they tried to feed him!
