We had lunch with friends--a lawyer from mama's work--and Cal got to meet other silly kids.
We also ventured into Brooklyn and he took his first dip into the hotel swimming pool, which was far too cold for his liking and enjoyed the tissues box to no end.
We all enjoyed a trip to the Brooklyn art museum for a crazy cartoon exhibit of Japanese artist Murakami. The exhibit was filled with little people, crawling and grabbing at sculptures. Hard to say what was more entertaining--watching the babies or looking at the artwork.
Mama was thrilled because she also got to sneak out to a get-together of her friends as they celebrate their engagement. It was a fantastic, springtime family weekend. It was certainly fun to see the city through Callum's eyes.
