As the summer starts to close down and brown leaves begin to dot our lawn it feels so important to get to the beach! This beach is inside of a state park that is relatively nearby so it doesn't involve too much car time. This is great because the little guy has alot less tolerance for the car seat these days. Once at the beach, we ran into friends and Cal enjoyed playing with an older kiddo. She was dead-set on digging to the 'water table', pretty ambitious for a five year old but we tried to help along.
