Birthday Party!!

We had a few friends over, shared some food, played with some toys, and ate a little food to celebrate Callum's two years of age. It was pretty low-key and technically a playdate rather than a party. Our friends brought some food rather than gifts (though a few broke the rules) and we practiced sharing our toys, which was done with much grace I must say.

Callum's favorite part was the birthday song. To which he listened very seriously and intently and then said, "again" and everyone indulged! He has been proudly discussing that we sang the birthday song, "two times". A special thanks to Grandma Pat for her help in pulling it all together, no small task. We had Grandma on dishes, baby holding, cupcake cleanup, and friend greeter...usually at the same time.

After a full week of celebrations and donning of the birthday crown, the celebrations are officially over. Happy birthday Callum!
